About the Role: As a Senior ABM Associate, you'll play a key role in driving new business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value accounts. Using data-driven insights, Salesforce reports, and outbound prospecting techniques, you'll help build a strong pipeline and support the sales team's growth. Key Responsibilities: Account Research & Targeting - Conduct in-depth research to identify target accounts and key decision-makers. - Use Salesforce and other tools to analyze account data and prioritize outreach efforts. - Build ROI models to showcase the value of Plum's solutions to high-potential accounts. Outbound Prospecting & Engagement - Engage with senior leaders through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business. - Tailor your outreach strategy to meet the unique needs of each target account. - Run effective campaigns targeting CXOs, VPs, and other senior stakeholders to drive qualified opportunities. Collaboration & Strategy Alignment - Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and create impactful campaigns. - Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team, maintaining clear communication. - Share insights and feedback to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts. Tracking & Reporting - Use Salesforce and sales engagement tools to track performance and analyze results. - Regularly review outreach efforts, conversion rates, and pipeline quality to refine strategies. What You Bring: 3-5 years of B2B marketing/sales development experience, with a strong background in outbound prospecting or ABM. Strong cold calling, emailing, and social selling skills, especially with C-level executives. Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM tools, and sales engagement platforms. Solid understanding of ABM strategies and the ability to engage senior decision-makers effectively. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams. Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Lusha.
