Bachelor's degree in management, Finance or related field. 5-7 years of experience in financial services or business partner function. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times. Ability to create and maintain organisation of many ongoing initiatives. PC skills: Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure. Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities.
