For our business, for clients, and for you Senior Transfer Agency Administrator The Role & Key Responsibilities: Ensure a high standard of delivery to clients Day to day administration of funds (A-Z of TA fund activities) Provide a high level of service to both clients and Investors Monitor fund bank accounts and ensure cash reconciliations are up to date (daily bank reconciliation) Process subscriptions and redemptions in accordance with Fund Prospectus Wire preparation and processing Adherence to client service level agreements Adherence to Apex’s policies and procedures Develop a thorough understanding of the TA systems and banking systems Work as part of a local and global team Investor registration Participation in and potential ownership of ad hoc projects Skills Required: 3+ years in an investor services/transfer agency team/ data administration/client servicing for alternative funds at a top tier institutional fund administrator would be preferred Strong multi-tasking skills The ability to work to tight deadlines Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions/ offices of the bank and professional intermediaries Effective time management Display high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Appropriate risk awareness & effective escalation Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team Ability to take on board constructive feedback Flexible in dealing with changing priorities Strong excel knowledge We pride ourselves in our commitment to fostering a connected and inclusive culture, all our opportunities at Apex have five (5) days in office requirement.
