Job Description People Related:• High work ethics and sense of ownership• Proactive approach, good interpersonal and coordination skills• Works in alignment with team objectives and is a team player Process Related:• Process and manage daily workflows, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.• Review, validate, and approve accesses both Internal and External according to company procedures.• Internal & External Portal Updates Management & liaising with IdeaPoint Technical Support Team • Track and monitor request status to ensure timely completion and resolve any discrepancies.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address issues or discrepancies.• Maintain accurate records of processes (SOPs), ensuring all documentation is up to date.• Provide support on creating reports related to activities on the portal.• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Qualifications Post Graduate preferably in Business Management
