Job Description Role Overview:As a Fraud Analyst, you will be conducting manual reviews of e-commerce orders with the aim of blocking fraudulent transactions, identifying fraud attacks, and supporting fraud prevention efforts. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional. The role requires strong analytical skills, independent and creative thinking, quick decision-making, and flexibility. It involves 24/7 shift work and requires availability on weekends, nights, and early mornings.Key Responsibilities:Review transactions and make accurate, timely decisions to detect fraud. Conduct fraud tagging, labeling, and analysis to strengthen decision management. Analyze patterns and provide insights to improve machine-learning algorithms. Support fraud analysis for customer service tickets and online decision processes.Qualifications / Skills:1–2 years of experience as a Fraud Analyst in the e-commerce industry is mandatory. Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying patterns and providing insights. Proven ability to quickly review transactions and make informed decisions under pressure. Ability to collaborate across teams and support research with actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong general knowledge and creative thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box. Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.This is a hybrid position, requiring the ability to work from the office three days a week. Qualifications Graduate
