Job Description As a Senior Associate, you’ll be a key leader in our Brisbane studio shaping both design and our people. You’ll play a hands-on role in: Driving design dialogue, design reviews and culture within both complex high value projects and the studio Leading the design narrative and response for a significant design project in either Health, Urban Transport or Education & Science, guiding it from concept through to delivery Creating design clarity across complex briefs and collaborating with clients to drive high-impact outcomes Mentoring and developing design talent within the studio coaching others, sharing knowledge, and helping grow future design leaders Role-modelling design leadership, championing sustainable, regenerative, inclusive and innovative design approaches Qualifications You're an experienced and confident design professional with over 10 years in architecture someone who can contribute to the design culture at Hassell. Motivating and mentoring the next generation of designers, you will steward Hassell’s client focussed collaborative design processes to achieve design excellence to provide leadership, direction and knowledge input for the design and delivery of projects and developing the capability of the team.
