We will use data more effectively to drive better regulatory decisions and build greater cohesion across our broad financial services remit.
We’re looking for people to join the Asset Management & Funds Department within the FCA’s Buyside Supervision Directorate. These exciting roles offers you the opportunity to engage and influence change at firms across the sector. You will be exposed to strategic issues and key players in financial services. Joining the department offers a key insight into a dynamic and critically important sector, at a time of rapid and fundamental change.
What will you be doing?
We have two opportunities. Firstly, a role supervising some of the largest asset managers in the UK, through the establishing of credible relationships with firms’ senior leaders and then leading the design and execution of supervision strategies. Secondly, a dynamic role focused on supervising smaller firms in the long tail of the asset management sector, being responsible for responding to events in an agile and assertive manner.
You will be part of a diverse team responsible for the supervision of firms that can impact and influence households and businesses across the UK. We welcome applications from a variety of backgrounds.
