Join our Enterprise division in Macquarie Asset Management and support our Asset Valuation and Data Management, and our Reconciliations production team. Our team is responsible for daily valuation of securities, performing the static creation, maintenance and data quality controls and performing valuation validation control in adherence to Macquarie Asset Management’s Pricing Policy. We are also responsible for production of daily cash, stock and other reconciliations, reporting and cash publication in adherence to Macquarie Asset Management Reconciliation Framework.

What role will you play?
You will assist in the daily valuation of securities across all listed and OTC securities for a wide range of security types and perform valuation validation controls and checks on all security prices. Your role will involve performing static creation, maintenance and enrichment process for data domains managed by the teams e.g. security master, portfolio account data, etc, and assist in the maintenance and review of benchmark levels used for portfolio performance reporting purposes. You will also be managing daily cash reconciliations in Aladdin, including reconciling cash transactions, balances, publishing cash by deadlines and assigning breaks to relevant responsible teams for investigation.

What you offer

  • 2+ years experience in a financial services firm in a middle office role, preferably in an operations, reconciliations, settlements, trade support or pricing team
  • Good understanding of financial markets and products
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and deadline orientedExcellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
