Job Description • Process new orders and update new customer record in the data base.• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed• Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy• Address customer complaints and questions trough emails.• Keeping updated records of order & Billing.• Process reimbursement forms• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Qualifications B.COM with minimum 2 years of experience
