We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Campus Recruiter to join our People Team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: leverage your talents to design and execute strategies focused on attracting and hiring early career talent with a focus on diversity. Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating, and extending offers, and closing candidates.
