  • Collaborate with the project delivery team to support the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with our firm’s strategy of being a leading technology-enabled professional services firm.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project goals, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management.
  • Identify key stakeholders and build tailored engagement plans to ensure buy-in and support throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Design and deliver clear, targeted communications to support user adoption and minimise disruption.
  • Identify training needs and ensuring delivery of required training.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to inform planning and mitigate risks.
