We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our West Coast Client Coverage team. This role is in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work in close partnership with BNY's West Coast Commercial Leader and assist in driving and executing the Enterprise-wide coverage model for a portfolio of clients and West Coast based marketplace. Conduct analyses and reporting on to identify opportunities for relationship development and revenue growth. Independently apply processes and procedures to gather and organize data/ relationship commentary to present engaging storylines for key stakeholders. Communicate and coordinate effectively with technical and sales teams across Client & Enterprise platforms. Ability to develop and deliver both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Coverage Leads, Business Managers, Client Service Directors, and other business functions as needed. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills with the ability to produce professional output in different formats; strong writing ability and an eye for detail are a must. Ability to grow within the role - develop stronger leadership and influencing skills, recognized collaborator by colleagues and clients. The ability to establish relationships with diverse individuals and working styles, in the context of a global company with colleagues from different cultures. Adept at communicating (both verbally and in writing) with multiple internal partners to drive results Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $58,000 and $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
