Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced/graduate degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred, with background in securities, financial services, client-facing, or project management roles. Experience with AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance in client onboarding and account management. Experience in client-facing roles or project management preferred. Demonstratable Microsoft Excel experience required. Must be able to learn new systems and adapt to change. Understanding of the Triparty Repo Market highly preferred. Ability to act as a Team Lead by providing guidance to less experienced colleagues and monitoring work quality.
