We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior associate, Client Processing to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida - and is a Hybrid position (4 days in office per week).. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provides analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems. Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction. Manages situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to internal or external client response. Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients. Answers inquiries and resolves problems or issues.
