Description
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred. Advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base. Prior experience working within an agile environment preferred. Prior hands on test automation experience preferred. Defect Management experience preferred No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced team members.
