Main Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end clinical site contracting process (drafting, negotiation, amendments, termination, signature collection and archiving) Negotiate site budgets based on approved templates and payment milestones, ensuring Fair Market Value compliance Oversee study-related site payments, including financial set-up, purchase orders, invoice tracking and approval Maintain accurate contract and budget tracking within relevant systems (activation, documentation, archiving) Manage the Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) process Escalate contract and budget issues to Legal and Finance when required Participate in site-level meetings (legal, finance, clinical) to resolve contractual and payment-related matters Manage contracting activities for local vendors and clinical trial-related consulting agreements Contribute to the Clinical Trial Insurance process Ensure appropriate review and approval of changes related to ICF Part 2 in collaboration with Legal Provide regular status reporting on contracts, budgets and payments to study teams Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Mandatory experience in negotiating contracts under the French Convention Unique framework. • Skills: Strong expertise in site contract and budget negotiation, knowledge of local contracting and payment processes, ability to manage multiple contracts, and solid stakeholder management skills. • Education: Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. • Languages: Fluent in english and french.
