Job Description Role Summary: - This role supports the North America Commercial Operations team by ensuring efficient execution of commercial processes, managing customer claims and returns, driving automation initiatives, and delivering commercial analytics. The position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and customers to protect revenue, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Key Responsibilities:- Support day‑to‑day North America commercial operations, ensuring smooth transaction processing and issue resolution. Manage customer claims, deductions, disputes, and product returns, including validation, approvals, ageing tracking, and closure. Act as a key contact for customer queries to maintain strong customer relationships. Identify process gaps, revenue leakages, and improvement opportunities; drive process enhancements and automation initiatives. Collaborate with IT on system support, enhancements, and automation across platforms such as SAP, Vistex, and Bright. Perform commercial analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and revenue risks; develop dashboards and actionable insights for Sales and Marketing. Track key operational metrics and recommend actions to improve profitability. Support monthly and quarterly accruals for returns and commercial programs and assist with audit documentation. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements. Skills & Competencies – SAP knowledge, MS-Office, Advanced excel etc. VISTEX system knowledge is an add advantage.
