Do Work That Matters We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Analyst ready to step into a more senior role, or for a current Senior Associate looking to deepen their exposure to larger, more complex commercial deals. You will also have the opportunity to build leadership capability by mentoring and coaching lesser experienced analysts. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, confident in their skills, and ideally ready to hit the ground running. Your Role Will Involve: Financial modelling and analysis for business/commercial clients Preparing credit submissions and coordinating documentation and funding Maintaining portfolio data quality, compliance, and reporting Conducting annual reviews and monitoring client performance Building strong relationships with internal specialist teams Structuring and presenting credit merits, identifying and mitigating risks What We’re Looking For: Strong credit writing skills and commercial acumen Proven ability to analyse financial statements and forecasts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Business/commercial banking client service experience Ability to quickly grasp complex, new-to-bank transactions and risks Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or commerce preferred Whether you're already operating at a Senior Associate level or are a Credit Analyst with aspirations to grow into the role, we have the opportunity to accelerate your career in a thriving, client-focused team.
