KEY CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex transactions, with experience in ’new to bank’ credit and risk analysis.
• Solid credit writing and commercial acumen, including strong excel skills with experience in financial modelling.
• Experience providing guidance and coaching to peers on complex clients and transactions is highly valued.
• Experience with legal documentation;
• The commitment to team success, goal oriented with a can-do attitude; and
• A tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Finance, or Commerce is highly regarded.
