Description:

The HR Senior / Associate (Compensation and Benefits) mainly supports the execution of performance management programmes, and compensation and benefits plans. He/She performs benchmarking for the organisation’s compensation and benefits programmes with comparable organisations. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that performance and compensation records in the systems are accurate and that regulatory guidelines are adhered to.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 0 - 2 years related work experience for Associate and 2 - 5 years related work experience for Senior Associate
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or its equivalent with specialisation in HRM
  • Conversant/Proficient with Employment Act and fair employment guidelines
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills and personable
  • Organised and efficient
  • Working knowledge in MS Office / Google suite office applications
  • Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking), ideally coupled with fluency in a second local language.

Responsibilities:

  • Support organisation performance appraisals by consolidation of performance ratings, calibration changes, and finalise performance rating results
  • Facilitate pay increment and bonus review exercise
  • Facilitate probationary and confirmation process
  • Document, maintain and compile compensation policies
  • Review job descriptions to propose job bandings
  • Supports other functions and projects of HR by maintaining and preparing staff databases for reporting and analysis
  • Provides data that supports formulation and execution of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures
