JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated Senior Associate for Compliance & Audit and Learning & Development (L&D) to support our initiatives in fostering a compliant and knowledgeable workforce. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for assisting in compliance audits, assessing risk management practices, and developing training programs aimed at enhancing employees' understanding of compliance regulations and internal controls. Join us in creating an environment of continuous learning and adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting compliance audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Support the development and implementation of compliance risk assessments and control evaluations. Create, update, and deliver L&D programs that focus on compliance-related topics, processes, and best practices. Collaborate with different departments to gather insights on training needs and ensure relevance of training content. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employees' knowledge of compliance and audit principles. Document findings from compliance audits and provide recommendations for improvements. Contribute to the preparation of reports for management regarding compliance and training effectiveness. Stay informed about industry regulations, trends, and best practices to enhance compliance frameworks and training offerings. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, risk management, or learning and development. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal control processes. Experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and learning management systems. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to stay updated on compliance developments and L&D methodologies.
