• Key responsibilitiesYou’ll be a key player in shaping our compliance services and growing into a leadership role by completing the following tasks:Drive and oversee compliance and AML projects
• Conduct and manage comprehensive compliance and AML risk assessments
• Develop and implement compliance or AML policies, processes, and trainings
• Review compliance reports and draft recommendations for action
• Drive initiatives in Financial Services, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance

• Your profileA degree in Law, Business, Economics, or related field
• Experience in Compliance, AML and/or Data Protection, with a track record of managing complex projects and teams
• Proficiency in using AFC software solutions and familiarity with industry standards
• Pragmatic, motivated and solutions-orientated, with demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in German & English, with excellent communication skills in both language
