QUALIFICATIONS
Peraton is seeking a Senior Associate Compliance Systems Engineer to support our government customer’s Office of Compliance for Cyber and Operations. This office is responsible for implementing a compliance program that ensures operational missions adhere to laws, policies, and other regulatory guidance while leveraging mission authorities effectively. The role involves using your systems engineering expertise to help maintain and improve compliance capabilities and services, working with a variety of stakeholders, and utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence to track, manage, and optimize compliance requirements. This is an exciting and impactful position in support of national security efforts, where your contributions will directly influence the security and success of government missions.
As the Senior Associate Compliance Systems Engineer, you will work closely with the Compliance Controls team, coordinating the submission, review, and approval of compliance capability and service needs. You will apply your knowledge of the customer’s technology architecture and best systems engineering practices to define, validate, and prioritize high-level capability needs, guiding them through the agency approval process.
Your work will also include reviewing Board of Director-approved Comprehensive Review Recommendations, tracking trends across different mission authorities, and maintaining an up-to-date status report that will guide the decision-making process. This position is integral to ensuring the effective management and execution of compliance systems and will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most mission-critical programs supporting national security.
