A role you will love Senior Associate is an individual contributor and primarily responsible for handling daily routine tasks, and majority of routine internal and external employee communications. Some other key accountabilities will include: •    Responsible for data maintenance and administration. •    Generate participant reports and process data reconciliation. •    Liaise with external banks or brokers regarding clients’ or employees’ payment and share settlement enquiries. •    Manage and coordinate internal communication with various internal stakeholders. •    Respond to written, email and telephone enquiries from clients and their employees. •    Implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risk and increase efficiency. •    Ad hoc tasks as required. What will you bring to the role?   To be successful in this role you will have excellent multi-task and communication skills, pay attention to details and be initiative. Some other key skills required for the role: •    Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business related. •    Minimum 1 year of data processing or operation service experience in Financial Service industry •    Customer focused with excellent communications skills. •    Detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a strong sense of responsibility. •    Ability to work independently and collaboratively under work pressure. •    Demonstrate initiative, organizational and time management skills. •    Proficiency in MS Office. Excellent English required with Cantonese an advantage.
