What the day will look like As a Sr Associate Consultant in the Talent Solutions team, you will lead client engagements across the Financial Services sector, delivering high-impact advisory and data-driven solutions. You will take full ownership of project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role demands strategic thinking, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Lead strategic conversations with clients to identify opportunities for advisory services beyond data products, including total rewards, incentive design, and organizational benchmarking. Facilitate client workshops and webinars to share market trends and best practices. Project Leadership & Delivery Independently manage end-to-end delivery of advisory and data projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and reporting. Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Develop project plans and manage modules with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal standards. Draft and present proposals, reports, and presentations that reflect deep industry knowledge and client-specific recommendations. Market trends: Stay current on financial services industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform consulting approaches Data Analysis & Solution Design Lead the design and delivery of bespoke solutions, including incentive compensation analysis, salary structure design, and regulatory reviews. Review compensation data and convert them to clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders. Team Collaboration & Mentorship Guide junior colleagues in project execution and methodology. Share expertise across the Talent Solutions team to foster continuous learning and innovation. Skills and experience that will lead to success 7–8 years of experience in human resources consulting, compensation survey management, or client advisory roles, preferably within Financial Services. Proven ability to lead projects independently, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (macros preferred), PowerPoint, and Word Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in drafting RFPs and contributing to cross-practice proposals is an advantage. 2579725
