Our corporate team is growing. You will work closely with a team of prominent corporate Partners, working on a broad range of matters encompassing:

• public/private M&A (takeovers and schemes of arrangement)
• equity capital markets (IPOs and other capital raisings)
• compliance with the ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act
• corporate governance

You will interact with clients directly and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts, all with access to Partners a collaborative working environment.
