    You’ll support to the Team Leader in administering a portfolio of clients whilst adhering to Equiom’s Client Service standards and also assist in meeting the monthly financial objectives and key performance indicators.

  • A number of years experience in the CSP industry
  • Studying towards a relevant professional qualification (desirable)
  • Have a basic knowledge of tax compliance issue
Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:

  • Administer a portfolio of more complex / higher value accounts
  • Liaise directly with clients and professional advisers in relation to ‘business as usual’ administration matters including drafting and issuing routine correspondence & e-mails
  • Refer matters, for example; complex or unusual transaction requests, fee issues, service complaints etc.
  • Assist the team to achieve the team revenue targets via the accurate recording of timesheets, assisting with cash collection and managing debtors
  • Assist the team in meeting KPI targets by the timely clearance of action points and activities on NAV
  • Compliance with provision in the Corporate Enactments, Statutory Reporting / Filing and corporate governance
  • Ensure compliance and mitigate risks are carried out with thorough due diligence checks, including screening and risk assessments for both new and existing clients throughout their lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, periodic reviews, and continuous monitoring
  • Responsible for arranging payment of vendors for your portfolio of clients
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
