We are currently looking for a Senior Associate with 4+ years PAE to join our Corporate team in Sydney. This position will work closely with experienced and respected Partners, who specialise in:

• M&A transactions;
• Equity & debt capital markets;
• Corporate advisory;
• Joint ventures;
• Commercial arrangements;
• Corporate governance;
• Restructures; and
• General commercial and corporate contracts

THE ROLE |
