Responsibilities
Financial modelling of potential transactions
Analysing, interpreting and structuring of transactions to ensure optimal outcomes for both the bank and our clients
Understanding prudential, policy and risk appetite to ensure that transactions are compliant
Executing transactions end to end from inception to financial close as well as in-life management of those transactions until end of life.
Developing strong relationships with a wide internal stakeholder network across Coverage, Capital Structuring and key support functions such as Risk, Tax, Finance and Legal
Developing relationships with external counterparties that we may distribute risk to including insurers, brokers, peers at banks (CPM and loan trading desks) and investors / funds.
Working in both structured and unstructured situations to resolve complex issues and meet customer need
