Responsibilities
  • Financial modelling of potential transactions
  • Analysing, interpreting and structuring of transactions to ensure optimal outcomes for both the bank and our clients
  • Understanding prudential, policy and risk appetite to ensure that transactions are compliant
  • Executing transactions end to end from inception to financial close as well as in-life management of those transactions until end of life.
  • Developing strong relationships with a wide internal stakeholder network across Coverage, Capital Structuring and key support functions such as Risk, Tax, Finance and Legal
  • Developing relationships with external counterparties that we may distribute risk to including insurers, brokers, peers at banks (CPM and loan trading desks) and investors / funds.
  • Working in both structured and unstructured situations to resolve complex issues and meet customer need
