  • 2-5 years of experience in data management, CRM systems, reporting, or data visualization.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data privacy standards and confidentiality protocols.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to capture investment leads, ensuring data accuracy and proactive follow-ups.
  • Conduct daily data entry and integrity checks to maintain a reliable CRM database.
  • Schedule and execute follow-ups with investment advisors, tracking pipeline movement and flagging updates.
  • Handle CRM data following confidentiality protocols and support data governance practices.
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline CRM processes and enhance user experience.
  • Assist in onboarding new CRM users, providing training and technical support.
  • Prepare CRM reports and visual dashboards for internal reviews and operational planning.
  • Monitor and accurately record investor and corporate engagement activities for comprehensive tracking.
  • Maintain data consistency by verifying industry classifications, origin data, and resolving discrepancies.Liaise across departments to gather user feedback, supporting system improvements.
