Responsibilities As a Data Scientist in the IBG Data Chapter, you will: Lead Solution Development: Independently develop, implement, and deploy advanced AIML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions tailored to IBG's specific business requirements. Manage End-to-End Project Lifecycle: Drive data science projects from problem definition and data exploration through to model deployment and ongoing monitoring. Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate challenges into actionable data science problems. Seamless Technical Integration: Collaborate with tech teams to integrate and deploy AI solutions onto front-end platforms, ensuring robustness and scalability. Drive Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AIML, GenAI, and Agentic AI, proactively identifying and championing strategic applications within IBG. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) is required, with a postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AI or data science. Expertise & Skills: Technical & Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated strong technical and analytical capabilities with a proven track record in data science projects and exceptional problem-solving skills. Deep AI/ML Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (AIML), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI concepts and methodologies. Full Data Science Lifecycle Mastery: Proficient in the entire data science development lifecycle, encompassing data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, rigorous validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
