Responsible for managing initiatives/projects within Finance portfolio. Detailed responsibilities include: Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives Drives program / cross platform / trains of trains product delivery demonstrating servant leadership coupled with technical expertise across domains and the corresponding business domain knowledge Partners with LPM, Product and Engineering owners for early engagement and prioritization process. Drives Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning meetings with leadership, product management, delivery teams and Business Partners. Partner in the Delivery, Solutioning and Refinement processes to ensure product readiness. Ensures dependency alignment for the teams & trains across organization & external partners (where applicable) Assist with prioritization via experience regarding cross platform technology delivery and using methodologies such as economic decision making. Collaborates with Delivery Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and TPMs to identify and coordinate cross-platforms dependencies Identify and manage gaps, raise blockers, handle issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams and trains via RAID log and other artifacts Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery, monitoring and reporting on risk status, ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise Manage Rally process (Capabilities, features, stories, acceptance criteria process) Share executive project updates to executive leadership on a regular basis Facilitate solution technical alignment discussions Raise blockers, handle risks, manage team capacity needs. Manage Rally and Jira boards. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager preferably working on complex, enterprise level platforms Deep experience with teams working in Agile. SAFe (Scaled Agile Frameworks) a plus Experience running Pre PI and PI Planning sessions, Scrum of Scrum, ART Sync and other PI ceremonies Strong attention to detail Loves working in an entrepreneurial environment that is lean, fast paced, and dynamic. A strong “driver” personality - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for great collaboration. Ability to lead through influence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly create relationships and build trust with internal and external collaborators Preferred Qualifications In-depth knowledge and experience with Rally and Confluence Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline Prior FinTech (Fed), Regulatory, Compliance, Treasury or Controllership experience a must Prior Amex experience a plus Experience with Rally Additional Agile/SAFe certifications a plus Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
