JOB SUMMARY

We are the Digital Infrastructure Team within the University of Michigan’s Office of University of Development. We are looking for a Senior Associate Director, Digital Strategy & Delivery to join us and support the greater Development Services & Strategic Solutions team and goals.
As the Senior Associate Director, Digital Strategy & Delivery, you will provide leadership to team members for complex projects across multiple work streams. You will implement the digital strategy infrastructure roadmap and directly manage a team of business analysts and web developers.
You will have project oversight from start to finish. You will manage all development steps including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, strategic systems planning, process reengineering, design, documentation, release management, and production support.

1 Senior Analyst, Application Developer and Project Lead
1 Business Systems Analyst, Senior
1 Business Systems Analyst, Interim/Web Developer
1 Web Application Developer/Team Lead

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*

  • Over 7 years of experience in team management and business processes, including application systems analysis, development, and testing.
  • Experience interviewing and documenting business processes and user stories within agile teams.
  • Competent in Agile and other project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum) and familiar with UML for process modeling.
  • Proficient in technology infrastructure and interface analysis, facilitating data sharing for goals.
  • Knowledgeable in user experience (UX) principles and usability.
