We’re excited for what’s next, so with us, you can be too.   Our team   The team in Dublin undertakes contentious and non-contentious works for local, national and international clients. Works include WRC and Labour Court litigation (including high profile complex discrimination, whistleblowing, contingent workers and equal pay cases), multi-jurisdictional and Irish projects (re-organisations, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions), employee relations advisory cases, industrial relations and corporate support.   The resources of an international firm allow all of our lawyers to develop their skills and experience and apply commerciality as well as legal skills to provide a great service to our clients.   Role and key responsibilities   You will work directly with the Partners in Dublin and Belfast and wider team to manage complex WRC litigation and non-contentious advice and project work cases across a number of sectors including: health and life sciences, technology, retail, transport, financial services and utilities. You will mentor and support more junior members of the team, as appropriate.   Skills and experience We are looking for:   4-8 years PQE International labour and employment law experience is highly valued Strong experience handling volumes of WRC and Labour Court cases Ability to work autonomously, while being supported by partners and acting as a key contact for global client relationships Experience managing multiple transactions and competing client demands Proven ability to work flexibly to tight deadlines and deliver excellent client care, especially in high-profile matters Experience with complex issues around discrimination, whistleblowing, equal pay and contingent workers Non-contentious advisory experience, including reorganisations, outsourcing, M&A, employee relations, industrial relations & corporate support across various sectors Strong commercial awareness and ability to apply legal knowledge practically   Diversity & Inclusion   At Eversheds Sutherland, “Inclusive” is a core business value.
