Description

This position is responsible for the maintenance, tooling changeover, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and related molds to ensure stable and efficient equipment operation, as well as for developing, adjusting, and controlling injection molding processes, including ceramic injection molding. The role also involves maintaining and repairing associated equipment, providing technical training to technicians and operators, and ensuring adherence to preventive maintenance plans. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and to complete assigned team tasks successfully. 该岗位负责注塑设备及相关模具的日常维护、保养、换型及故障排除，确保设备稳定、高效运行，并参与陶瓷注塑等注塑成型工艺的开发、调整与过程管控。同时，需承担设备维修保养及技术人员、作业人员的培训工作，并与部门内外保持良好的沟通与协作。要求具备良好的团队合作精神和执行力，能够高质量完成团队交付的各项任务。
