Job Tittle: Senior Associate Engineer - Manufacturing Job Responsibilities: Develops manufacturing processes, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors. Create process flows, process requirements and manufacturing work instruction for product. Define Material Masters, Bill of Materials and routings in SAP and validate the same with drawing requirements. Exposure to production floor layout and define facility requirements Co-ordinate with Supply Chain to identify procurement sources, interact with vendors for the procurement, installation, verification and validation Perform capacity analysis for meeting customer demand volumes. Train and develop recruited operators Co-ordinate with multiple functions like Procurement, Quality, Planning etc. to ensure product line readiness Work as Manufacturing team along with multiple functions to set up product line Interact with US counterparts / customers to understand requirements etc. Qualifications: B.E in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
