Job Overview 综述 Quality specialist Responsibilities 职责 Demonstrate support for the vision of excellence in EHS and implement corresponding roles and responsibilities specified in “Celanese Employees and Leaders EHS Roles and Responsibilities” matrix Develop test method ,optimize current method. Competent in all safety, analytical, and work process requirements for at least one laboratory Cooperate Production team to analysis unknown samples, Independent analysis of special requests varying from unknown samples to process samples Trouble shooting, perform appropriate calibration ,organize, schedule, and implement maintenance for instruments and improve analysis method on laboratory, ensure laboratory and instruments are function properly Offer support to Lab technicians and production team to solve problems . Care Daily Lab QC Spec Chart , Accurately prepare laboratory reports and statistics , generate product certificates of analysis in accordance with requirements and report any unusual findings in a timely manner, Make sure Zero COA complaints Review and update quality system procedures in the laboratory and in ensuring procedures are followed once they are implemented. Conduct CIP activities like Daily NQOI/QN3 quality followings, Weekly quality update, Quality steering meeting/Quality management review meeting, RCA team development, Issue quality newsletter, etc. Support communication about customer concerns, track aligned actions to meet customers' expectations. Ensures the reliability of lab instruments and equipments, and meets the lab analytical capacities. Qualifications 要求 Working knowledge of some basic chemistry and good laboratory practices. Good Lab instrument Theory and concepts especially engineering material testing Understanding of laboratory safety equipment and practices; ability to recognize and address unsafe laboratory practices and situations. Working knowledge of statistical tools as well as sound written and oral communication skills. Good English ability on reading, listening and speaking Proactively communication skills to help units improve process efficiency and solve problems. Ideally be familiar with ISO and quality systems.

It involves overseeing quality system procedures, conducting root cause analysis, and coordinating with production teams to resolve quality issues.
