Responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Employee Transport Executive to lead and manage end-to-end employee transportation services across multiple shifts and locations. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in transport operations, vendor management, route optimization, and compliance, with the ability to work independently and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Transport Operations Management Plan and oversee daily employee transport operations including shift-based scheduling. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees across all designated routes. Monitor fleet utilization and optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Vendor & Driver Coordination Manage third-party transport vendors and ensure SLA adherence. Conduct regular audits of vehicles and drivers for safety, grooming, and compliance. Resolve escalations and grievances related to transport services. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to local transport laws, company policies, and safety standards. Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and statutory compliance Technology & Reporting Should we well versed on working with automated employee transport management systems. Preference would be given to those with experience on Moveinsync. Should have good excel skills which is required for analyze and generating MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on fleet performance, fuel usage, and cost metrics. Process Improvement Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process enhancements. Collaborate with security and admin teams to ensure employee safety during transit. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Experience: Minimum 4 years in employee transport or fleet operations in a corporate or facility management setting. Experience of handling large-scale transport operations across multiple shifts and geographies. Proven track record of independent decision-making and team leadership Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ready to work in rotational shifts. On-call availability for emergency transport issues. Qualifications Must Have Education: Graduate + Post Graduate qualification preferred Skill set: Good Communication skill, Time management, Interpersonal and relationship building skill, trouble shooting and problem solving techniques.
