Build strong working relationships with FIG Relationship Managers and FIG Risk for effective collaboration and engagement to navigate appropriate negotiations to ensure sound commercial outcomes that balances the requirements of the Bank and Customers. Contribute to the development of strategy and supporting plans for onboarding of new transactions, deteriorating credits, and deal structuring/opportunities. Continually seek to improve the customer experience and satisfaction through all interactions. Ensure strong risk governance by adhering to internal policies, processes, and external regulatory requirements while promoting a robust risk culture. Drive consistency and standardisation across geographies and segments to improve quality, reduce duplication, and eliminate redundant processes. Provide strong credit and risk expertise through deep understanding of Research & Analysis and related processes, delivering high‑quality insights, analysis, and credit assessments for FIG counterparties. Support continuous improvement and effective risk management by contributing to credit process enhancements, delivering timely and detailed risk assessments, and proactively escalating and mitigating key risks. What will you bring?   To grow and be successful in this role, you will bring the following:   Advanced collaboration, relationship, networking and communication skills. Planning and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing effectively to meet all requirements – strong attention to detail, limited supervision and capable of driving agenda for customer, product, relationship and for risk. Ideally banking experience with experience in relationship credit management across FIG industry segments. Good credit risk analysis skills, with the ability to assess, articulate, and manage risk effectively. Proven stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline is preferred.
