As a Senior Associate in Financial Planning & Analysis at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business performance. Your primary responsibilities include: Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans. Conducting financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions and evaluate capital projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance aimed at enhancing profitability and performance. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that highlight key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations. Monitoring key financial indicators and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Supporting the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and systems. Assisting with risk assessment and management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Participating in initiatives to enhance financial planning tools, systems, and reporting. To be considered for the Senior Associate position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, with a background in the hospitality or entertainment sectors being preferred. Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and familiarity with financial modeling software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
