In this role, your goals will be: In three months: Familiarize with the internal accounting and reporting systems Perform monthly closing and financial reporting, liaison with regional finance team on reporting matters. Establish good rapport with the agencies being handled. Must be aware of making chart of accounts, balance sheet and profit and loss account In six months: Provide and interpret financial information of the company to the Group management. Preparing budgets and quarterly forecasts and timely submission to regional office. Monitoring actual performance with budgets and forecasts, providing summary of variances and reasoning. Ensure completion of audits and compliance related tasks. In 12 months: Support the commercial and client management services teams to provide guidance as per the financial perspective of particular agency Support the agencies and/or specialized units i.e Trading, Digital and ESP in terms of budgeting and targets achievement.
