Description

Profile requirements The OAM Desk team handles account enablement, reporting, data operations, EDI coordination, and customer visibility services for OPSX Europe strategic accounts. We are looking for profiles with: - Freight forwarding operations background (ocean / air) - Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, data handling) - Good written English for customer-facing reporting - Experience with operational systems (CargoWise / CR3 familiarity a plus) - Attention to detail and ability to work independently to deadlines

Responsibilities
