Kennedys is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to manage cases involving suspected fraudulent casualty claims. This role primarily focuses on casualty claims but may also encompass property, travel, and first-party fraud claims.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, gathering and analysing evidence, and preparing detailed reports. You will work closely with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively. Your role will also involve collaborating with legal and forensic experts to build strong cases and participating in court proceedings when necessary.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ UK fraud experience*
• Litigation experience of personal injury fast-track and multi-track claims within counter fraud
• Experience in EL/PL/OL claims
