We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Front-End Engineer to join our Enterprise Transformation Organization team. This role is located in Pittsburgh. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Use existing and emerging technology platforms to design, develop, and document technically detailed applications. Write new complex systems involving multiple levels of table dimension and internal sorts to accomplish new functions; design and code programs and create test transactions. Analyze organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems, providing software development services or technical support in situations of moderate complexity. Participate in requirements gathering, BRD/SRD preparation, conduct reviews of test plans and test data, and execute full lifecycle software development including troubleshooting, debugging, upgrading, and maintaining software functionality. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 2-6 years of experience in software development; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience developing front-end, web, or mobile software using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, Angular. Knowledge of cross-platform interoperability, major tools in specific platforms, and experience resolving hardware, software, and communications malfunctions with an understanding of business impact.
