Success in this role will enhance the leverage of legal functions and support the organization's growth trajectory. \n Accountabilities Lead legal strategy for commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS contracts and partnerships. Guide legal considerations in product development alongside product and engineering teams. Embed legal frameworks into business workflows to facilitate faster decision-making. Transform legal practices by identifying and structuring repeatable legal work. Collaborate with AI and Legal Operations teams to improve efficiency through automation. Advise executive leadership on key legal and business matters. Develop and mentor a high-performing legal team. Requirements Licensed attorney with experience in complex business environments. Ability to lead in fast-paced and ambiguous situations. Experience with legal transformation and process improvement initiatives. Strong judgment balancing legal risks with business goals. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and system-driven workflows.
