Team overview
Ashurst’s growing securitisation practice forms part of a wider Global Markets group. It sits alongside and works closely with Ashurst’s debt capital markets and derivatives and structured products practices.
Mortgage finance
We are highly experienced in all aspects of mortgage securitisation, acting for arrangers, lenders, issuers and investors in public RMBS as well as warehousing transactions. We have experience with establishment of new securitisation platforms for some of the largest issuers in the market and have deep product knowledge of owner occupied mortgages, buy to let, second charge, bridging and HELOC products as well as equity release and lifetime mortgages.
