We are looking for a motivated and collaborative professional, holding a relevant degree in finance, economics, business or other relevant field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with exposure to rewards / incentive schemes. As our new Senior Associate in Global Rewards, you will work closely with the Head of Rewards and the Global Rewards Team in designing and conceptualizing incentive schemes, and in doing so you will cooperate closely with talented colleagues in several teams across CIP. Our rewards and incentives programs are critical to CIP reaching our strategic goals, and the Global Rewards team’s work requires deep stakeholder engagement across the business, from design to implementation. You will be responsible for creating high-quality solutions and presentations for our regular Compensation and Executive Committee meetings. For the right candidate, this will be a unique opportunity to participate in setting the direction for the rewards and incentives strategy in CIP globally, across a broad range of markets and functions - and at the same time being exposed to rich development opportunities.
