Description
Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Associate, Global Transaction Services   What’s the role? As a Senior Associate in our Global Transaction Services (GTS) team, you’ll be at the heart of how Westpac supports its corporate and institutional clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for an assigned client portfolio (NBFI & Healthcare), making sure enquiries, requests and more complex matters are handled smoothly and on time. You’ll work closely with relationship managers, product teams and operations partners to deliver clear, reliable service across transactional banking, lending and financial markets products. Day to day, that means resolving client queries, coordinating service delivery across teams, keeping documentation accurate, and staying across client needs so issues are anticipated rather than reacted to. This is a 12-month max-term contract based in Sydney, offering broad exposure across GTS and the opportunity to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.   What do I need? We’re looking for someone who’s client-focused, solutions-driven, and ready to make an impact. You’ll bring: * Strong relationship management skills and a proactive approach to client service. * Experience supporting NBFI and Healthcare institutional clients, ideally across transactional banking, lending, or financial markets. * Confidence in navigating complex enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and commercial awareness. * A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders. * Solid understanding of banking systems, processes, and compliance standards.   Why join us? We’re obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal. In return, we’re committed to making Westpac the best place to work in the country. Here are just a few of the ways we’re already doing that: * Special offers on banking products and discounts from top brands, including generous employee-only mortgage rates! * Flexible work arrangements to help you achieve a greater work/life balance, and a variety of leave options including Culture, Lifestyle and Wellbeing leave.  * Tailored learning and development opportunities to help your grow your career within the bank.  * Lots of opportunities to ‘give back’ to the Community by getting involved in our many volunteering initiatives.   Create your future today To get started, simply click on the APPLY or APPLY NOW button We’re all about creating a supportive and inclusive community. We welcome everyone – no matter your age, gender, background, or abilities. We also provide additional support to welcome our veterans, Indigenous Australians and neurodiverse community.
