Responsibilities
  • Serve as day-to-day communications support and coordinator on a diverse roster of health industry client accounts and/or sub-projects
  • Write and edit complex health communications materials, media materials, collateral and other client-facing deliverables
  • Build and maintain press lists; cultivate relationships with health care reporters, editors, producers, bloggers, and other media professionals
  • Maintain knowledge of health care issues subject matter, evolving health policy and political issues that impact clients’ businesses
  • Assist with media outreach strategies, including crafting and executing newsworthy and complex pitches
  • Demonstrate an understanding and contribute to digital & social media platforms and their influence on strategic goals
  • Manage multiple projects, including task and deadline tracking, for multiple clients from concept to completion
  • Contribute to firm’s new business process and efforts
  • Demonstrate strong client-relations skills – responsive, professional, helpful
