KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a future member of our Luxembourg corporate team the candidate will be required to : • Lead and manage a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, reorganisations, mergers, demergers, equity/debt restructurings, and financing/refinancing transactions. • Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated contractual documentation and corporate approvals required for Luxembourg entities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Provide strategic advice and guidance on general and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. • Take ownership of files and projects, managing them independently and efficiently, while supervising and mentoring junior team members. • Monitor and analyse new developments in laws, regulations, case law, and legal doctrine, and proactively share insights with the team and clients. • Contribute to business development initiatives, including client pitches, presentations, and thought leadership activities. • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, acting as a role model and supporting the professional growth of colleagues. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SOUGHT • Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent). • Admission to the Luxembourg Bar or eligibility to practice under your foreign home title in Luxembourg. • Minimum 7 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer in Luxembourg, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions and advising clients at a senior level. • Fluency in English and French; German language skills would be an asset. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality, value-added service. • Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable team player, eager to contribute to the success of the team and the firm.
